Mix 1 bucket of Axion Hydroshield Direct Screed Bond (30kg) : 1 bag of or 1 bag of tuffcrete Cement (20kg)

Exterior screed

Mix 1 bucket of Axion Hydroshield Direct Screed Bond (30kg) : 1 bag of totalcrete Cement (20kg)

100% WATERPROOF TILING

1 jerrican of Totalcrete polymer (20L) : 2 bags of totalcrete Cement (40kg)

Tyrolean & block moulding

Add 1.5L of Tuffecrete polymer to a bag of cement mix.

Screed Plastering

Plastering Mortar:

Dilute 1litre of totalcrete polymer : 20Litres of Water
With the diluted Totalcrete Polymer, Mix the cement and sand to form your plastering mortar. 30mins after plastering, mix the raw polymer with the Totalcrete or tuffcrete cement thoroughly to make your screeding paste and screed immediately

Screeding Paste:

1 jerrican of Totalcrete polymer (20L) : 1 bag of totalcrete cement or tuffcrete cement (20kg). mix gradually until the desired consistency is achieved.

100% WATERPROOF CONCRETE (For General Concrete Work)

Dilute 1litre of totalcrete polymer : 20Litres of Water
Use the diluted totalcrete Polymer for your concrete mix

DECORATIVE COLOURED WALLS AND FLOOR COATING

1 bucket of Axion Polycoat (30kg) : 1 bag of totalcrete Cement (20kg) or 1 bag of tuffcrete Cement (20kg)

Note: Axion Polycoat (Liquid marble) is combined with totalcrete cement to achieve a darker colour and with tuffcrete cement to achieve a lighter colour.

After the coating process, apply Axion Marbluxe Paint to achieve the desired colour finish.

Axion Hydroshield Poly Bond (Screed Adhesive)

Mix 5kg Axion Hydroshield Poly Bond : 20L conventional screeding Paint. Then use as normal

Mix ratio: 1: 20L water or 1% - 5% cement content

Axion Solid Base Stabilizer

Dilute SBS 1Litre to 300 litres of water in a water tanker.
Scarify 25cm depth of the road, using grader with a ripper.
Soak the road base with the diluted SBS.
Use the grader to mix the material until a homogenous mix is attained.
Lay the mixed material back on the road to the design or shape you intend and allow to dry a bit.
Compact the road base with a roller 4 times without vibration and 4 times with vibration (8 times total).

Axion Bitumen Booster

Add the Bitumen Boost Refiner directly to the bitumen melting tank in the ratio of 0.5%- 1% (5 litres-10 litres/tonne).
Heat the bitumen until it reaches its melting point.
Allow the bitumen to recirculate inside the tank for 3-6hours to achieve a homogeneous mixture by simply closing the valve leading to the aggregate tank forming a closed loop.
